Specification Changes

1. Fork HEXT-AI/hxt-spec
2. Propose changes to SPECIFICATION.md or schemas
3. Include examples and backward compatibility assessment
4. Submit a pull request with clear rationale

Website Changes

This site (hextai.com) documents the standard. Submit website improvements via the hextai.com repository.

Principles

• Do not change the object model without a major version
• Do not invent new semantic fields without specification review
• Preserve backward compatibility
• Use normative language (SHALL, SHOULD, MAY) in specifications
